Application Guidelines
Selection Criteria
We prioritize vendors whose products align with wellness, sustainability, and mindful living. Hand-crafted, organic, and locally-sourced goods are highly encouraged.
Sustainability Commitment
Vendors are encouraged but not required to use biodegradable or recyclable packaging. Our gathering aim is to leave a minimal footprint on The Whitewood Barn landscape.
Timelines & Logistics
Applications close on March 1st. Successful applicants will be notified by March 15th. Detailed cost, itinerary, load-in instructions will be shared upon acceptance. Vendors will be provided with a table and indoor 8x8 Space. Healers will be outdoors and need to bring their own 10x10 white tent and set up.
