About the event
Have you always wanted to make your own herbal medicine but never quite known where to start?
In this workshop, we’ll explore the foundations of herbal medicine-making and discover three simple, accessible ways to begin incorporating plant medicine into your everyday life.
Together, we’ll explore herb-infused honey, herbal vinegars, and infused oils, learning how these traditional preparations can bring the gifts of plants into your home.
You’ll leave the workshop with three handmade herbal preparations of your own: an infused honey, vinegar, and oil, along with recipes and step-by-step instructions to continue making your own herbal medicines at home.
Whether you’re just beginning your herbal journey or looking to deepen your connection with the plants around you, this workshop will give you the knowledge, confidence, and inspiration to start creating your own herbal preparations.
Let’s bring herbal wisdom back into our everyday lives, one jar at a time. 🌿
